東京高円寺阿波おどり　地元連

2025年9月20日土曜日　駐日マレーシア大使夫人Sueさんと津田塾大学同窓生の元駐カタール大使夫人北爪裕子氏の多大なるご協力をいただき、マレーシア大使館で日本とマレーシアの踊りによる文化交流をする機会をいただきました。

日本側は阿波踊りグループ遊夏連、マレーシア側は大使館の女性ダンスグループPerwakilanがそれぞれの踊りを披露し、参加者と一緒に踊り大いに盛り上がり交流を深めました。

踊った後はマレーシア大使夫人・大使館のお心尽くしの懇親会でおいしいマレーシア料理もいただき、さらに盛り上がりました。

マレーシアの方々の温かいホスピタリティに感激のとても良い一日でした。

Saturday, September 20, 2025 – With the great support of Her Excellency Datin Suriyah, spouse of the Malaysian Ambassador to Japan, and Hiroko Kitazume, a Tsuda University alumna and former spouse of the Ambassador to Qatar, we had the opportunity to engage in cultural exchange through dance between Japan and Malaysia at the Malaysian Embassy.

On the Japanese side, the Awa Odori group Yukaren, and on the Malaysian side, the embassy's women's dance group Perwakilan, each performed their respective dances. They danced together with the participants, greatly enlivening the event and deepening the cultural exchange. After the dancing, we enjoyed a reception prepared with heartfelt care by spouse of the Malaysian Ambassador ,Sue-san and the embassy, featuring delicious Malaysian cuisine, which further enhanced the excitement. It was a wonderful day, truly impressed by the warm and friendly hospitality of the Malaysian people.
